Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins

The recipe for these came from the "Better Homes" cookbook from umpteen years ago that mom always uses. (I would've used Alton Brown's, but I'm not crazy about yogurt.)

I did use a couple of hints from AB, however. I tossed the blueberries with a spoonful of the dry team & let the finished products cool on a tea towel (albeit, also on a rack).

I had one a few minutes later & they're wonderful! The recipe made 12 total, but I left two without blueberries for my dad, who prefers plain muffins with jam/jelly on them.
